dont open your pineal gland you will get raped by angels and demons i know because both raped me and if you don't believe that an angel raped me read this i went to the spiritual world by a youtube pineal gland video and it opened up the spiritual world to me and i said i wanted to meet an angel and choose angel Michael because he seemed nice and i thought he wouldn't hurt me so i said i wanna meet angel Michael and then i saw a hell video about angels throwing people in to hell and that scared me so i changed my mind about meeting him and i felt a force grabbing me and holding me down to my bed and i couldn't move then i felt a man raping me on my bed and so i started screaming and when the rape was over i heard a spirit tell me thank angel Michael for doing that to me but it could have been a demon pretending to be an angel im confused

I have just started your exercises routine…. Re the breathing…should I be taking in a big breath through the nose and out the mouth ….and when doing the exercises when should breathing out be done. At the beginning or finishing the exercise. I am 82, and have a back issue…… thanks Donna

Hi Ann, cannot do without the massage before I go to bed. Is it O.K to massage with each leg with the corresponding hand. My hands are too short to massage each leg with both hands without bending over.

Hi mam I do acupressure points to heal any pain. When i massaged my foot it's entirely a different experience and took a deep breath and i have noticed my nails have started to glow which I have never seen on my nails.

So, I don't suffer from knee pain, but there are some areas in which I hold tension.I've been in a car accident, and suffered a bruised shoulder and Whiplash, so I get terrible tension headaches.
